I/WE, the undersigned parents or legal guardians of the tenant named above, agree that by signing this document, I/we guarantee the fulfillment of the term and conditions of the lease agreement signed by my son(s) or daughter(s). This guarantee includes the prompt, punctual, and full payment of the rents and other charges that may become due and are owed by my/our son or daughter, in their proportionate share, as well as reimbursement for any damage caused by the above named tenant(s.) This guarantee remains in effect throughout the term of this lease, or any renewal or extension thereof; for so long as the Tenant may owe any sum to the landlord.
