For the purpose of this contract, the term "Dog" will refer to the animal specified on Page 1 of this contract. The abbreviation “CKC” refers to the Canadian Kennel Club. “The Breeders” refers to Bimberg N’ Furioso Boxers. Buyer(s) agrees to purchase said dog under the following warranties and conditions, NO OTHER WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS ARE EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED other than those stated within this contract. Both parties, without any mental reservations whatsoever, are freely entering into this contract.
