THIS SERVICES AGREEMENT. This is an agreement between you (“Client”) and Pitney Bowes Software Inc. or the Affiliate indicated in the Professional Services Order Form (“PBSI”). By executing the Professional Service Order Form, you are agreeing to the terms set forth herein (the “Agreement”). IF YOU ARE NOT WILLING TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT EXECUTE THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES ORDER FORM.
