This agreement is entered into as of the June 1, 2015, by and between Clallam Transit, the City of Everett (Everett Transit), Thurston County Public Transportation Benefit Authority (Intercity Transit), Jefferson Transit Authority (Jefferson Transit), King County Department of Transportation – Metro Transit Division (King County Metro), King County Ferry District, Kitsap County Public Transportation Benefit Area Authority (Kitsap Transit), Pierce County Ferries, Pierce County Public Transportation Benefit Area Authority (Pierce Transit), Snohomish County Public Transportation Benefit Area Corporation (Community Transit), Washington State Department of Transportation – Ferries Division (Washington State Ferries), Central Puget Sound Regional Transit Authority (Sound Transit), Mason County Transportation Benefit Area Authority (Mason Transit Authority), Skagit Transit, and Whatcom Transportation Authority hereinafter called the “parties.”
