THIS AGREEMENT made and entered this 9 day of March, 2020 by and between the City of Pueblo, a Colorado Municipal Corporation (hereinafter "Owner") and Bohannan Huston, Inc, a professional Design/Consulting firm (hereinafter "Consultant") for Consultant to render certain professional planning, design, Consulting and related services for Owner in connection with Project #CI1912 and CI1913, Project Name: Union Avenue and Main Street Masterplan Design Project, hereinafter referred to as the "Project."
