This is a agreement between Oceix Limited, herein after known as (“Oceix”, “us” or “we”) its successors and assigns, and the party/parties (the “Customer”, “Client” or “You”) executing this document. This document, together with our Risk Disclosure and Privacy Policy, represents the terms with which Oceix will do business with Customer. This document sets out the respective rights and obligations of both parties in connectionwiththis serviceandbothparties willacceptandbe bound bytheseterms onacceptanceof the terms contained herein and on completion of theapplicationform by Customer.
