This Technology Service Agreement (hereinafter “Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between the City of Pittsburgh, PA a municipal corporation (hereinafter "City"), and Buildingeye Inc., a Delaware Corporation (hereinafter "Consultant”). City and Consultant may be collectively referred to herein as the “parties.”
