This document, entitled “Property Purchase, Platting, & Development”, is an attachment to and component of the CONTRACT FOR PRIVATE REDEVELOPMENT (hereinafter “Development Agreement”) between the CITY OF WINDOM, MINNESOTA, a municipal corporation under the laws of the State of Minnesota, (the “CITY”), the ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY OF WINDOM, a municipal corporation under the laws of the State of Minnesota, (the “EDA”), and DVK DIVERSIFIED, LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company (“DVK”).
