to October 31, 2016. The Contractor shall perform uninterrupted service according to the terms of this contract. The Borough reserves the right to terminate this contract at any time, for any reason, with one day written notice to the Contractor. The Contractor may terminate this agreement with sixty (60) days written notice for any reason. The Borough reserves the right to extend the term of the contract for a period of one (1) additional year at the same rate by providing notice in writing of such extension not less than forty-five (45) days prior to expiration of the original terms, with written acceptance of the extension returned by the Contractor not less than thirty (30) days prior to the contract expiration date.
