This Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) Subscription Agreement is entered into effective as of the date of last signature below (the “Effective Date”) by and between Hexalytics, Inc. a Delaware Corporation, with a place of business at 405 State Highway 121 Bypass. Suite A250, Lewisville, TX 75067 (“Hexalytics”), and the customer placing an order for services hereunder, as identified on the applicable Order (“Customer”). Hexalytics and Customer agree that the following terms and conditions will apply to the services provided under this Agreement and Orders placed under it.
