This is a legal agreement between the person or organization (“Customer” or “you”) agreeing to these Terms of Service – G-Cloud 13 (“Terms”) and GoTo Technologies UK Limited (“GoTo,” “us,” or “we”). By accepting these Terms, signing an Order, or using the Services, you represent that you are of legal age and have the authority to bind the Customer to: (i) the Order; (ii) these Terms; (iii) the “Service Descriptions” available at https://www.goto.com/company/legal/service-descriptions; and (iv) the Professional Services Terms and Conditions available at https://www.goto.com/company/legal/professional-services-terms, in each case, as applicable (collectively the “Agreement”).
