entered into by and between the City of Lake Worth Beach, Florida, a Florida municipal corporation (“City”), and Gulfstream Owner, LLC, a limited liability company authorized to do business in the State of Florida (“Owner”) effective as of the date the authorized representative for the City countersigns this Agreement (“Effective Date”).
