The University of Texas MD Anderson (MD Anderson) and Manaolana Oncology Limited (Manaolana) are parties to a Technology Commercialization Agreement (Agreement) pursuant to which MD Anderson will grant Manaolana a non-exclusive, non-sublicensable right to access the target discovery database created by MD Anderson and the data included therein. Manaolana is a joint venture created by MD Anderson and Panacea Biotec.
