This Data Processing Addendum (“DPA”) supplements the FieldAware Master Services Agreement available at https://www.fieldaware.com/company/service-terms, as updated from time to time between Customer and FieldAware, or other agreement between Customer and FieldAware governing Customer’s use of the Services (the “Agreement”) when GDPR applies to your use of the FieldAware Services to process Customer Data. This DPA is an agreement between you and the entity you represent (“Customer”, “Subscriber”, “you”, or “your”) and FieldAware Group Ltd. Unless otherwise defined in this DPA or Agreement, all capitalized terms used in this DPA shall have the meanings given to them in Section 1 of this DPA.
