IBEW Local Unions 141, 317, 575, 972, and the West Virginia/Ohio Valley Chapter of NECA and the Central Ohio Chapter of NECA enter into this Agreement in the interest of growing Market Share in the Ohio counties listed herein. All provisions of the Inside Collective Bargaining Agreement shall apply unless modified herein.

IBEW Local Unions 212, 317, 369, 429, 575, 816 and 1701 and the Central Ohio Chapter of NECA, the Cincinnati Chapter of NECA, the East Tennessee Chapter of NECA, the Louisville Chapter of NECA, the Southern Indiana Chapter of NECA and the West Virginia/Ohio Valley Chapter of NECA enter into this Agreement in the interest of growing Market Share in the Indiana and Kentucky counties listed herein. All provisions of the Inside Collective Bargaining Agreement shall apply unless modified herein.
