These Terms and Conditions for the Couchbase Cloud Service Free Trial (“Free Trial Terms and Conditions”) are an addendum to the Cloud Service Subscription Agreement (“Cloud Agreement”), and apply to Customer‘s participation in the Cloud Service Free Trial (“Free Trial”). Customers acceptance of these Free Trial Terms and Conditions are also an acceptance of the Cloud Agreement. Capitalized terms not defined in the Free Trial Terms and Conditions will have the meanings given to them in the Cloud Agreement.
