THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into by and between FORT BEND COUNTY, a body corporate and politic under the laws of the State of Texas, hereinafter “County” and the law firm of LINEBARGER GOGAN BLAIR & SAMPSON, LLP, hereinafter referred to as “Contractor.” This Agreement supersedes and is in place of any and all prior agreements for tax collection services entered by and between the parties.
