This Franchise Agreement (“Franchise” or the “Agreement”) is entered into by and between the CITY OF LA CENTER (“Grantor” or “City”), a Washington Municipal Corporation, and COMCAST OF WASHINGTON V, LLC (“Grantee”), a Washington Limited Liability Corporation, as evidenced by the signatures of the parties’ duly authorized representatives below. This Agreement shall become effective on so long as the City Council authorizes execution of this Franchise by adoption of an Ordinance.
