This Pre-Development Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into as of March , 2024 by and between the City of Burlington, a Vermont municipal corporation (the “City”) and Memorial Block, LLC, a Vermont limited liability company and single-purpose entity under the control of Eric Farrell and Joseph Larkin (“Developer”). Each is referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
