This Agreement is with respect to the noo- dle agreement with the cooperatives, hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement.” Whereas, Team is a professional FRC team of good standing; Whereas, coopera- tives wishes Team to create certain Agreement described more fully herein; and Whereas, Team wish to create such Agreement; Now, therefore, in consideration of the foregoing premises and the mutual covenants hereinafter set forth and other valuable considerations, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, the parties hereto agree as follows:
