OFFICIAL EXHIBIT SPACE CONTRACT FOR DEMA SHOW 2020November 4 -7, 2020 at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center in New Orleans, LA THIS IS A LEGALLY BINDING CONTRACT The undersigned, being the duly authorized officer, agent or employee (hereinafter called "Exhibitor") hereby enters into a Contract with the Diving Equipment and Marketing Association (hereinafter called “DEMA”), a California Non-Profit Corporation (FID #95-3105902), for exhibit space at DEMA Show 2020 taking place November 4-7, 2020 at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center in New Orleans, LA (hereinafter, “Facility”). This contract is subject only to (1) the acceptance by counter signature of DEMA’s Show management company, National Trade Productions, Inc. (hereinafter called “NTP”) and (2) to such additional terms and conditions which constitute a part of, or are included in this contract, including but not limited to the rules and regulations outlined in the DEMA Show Exhibitor Services Manual and other documents pert
