AGREEMENT (this “Amendment”) is made as of March 9, 2020 by and among all of the following: the (a) Company Parties and (b) Required Consenting Creditors (each as defined in the Chapter 11 Plan Support Agreement and listed on the signature pages attached hereto, collectively, the “Required Amendment Parties”) and amends that certain Chapter 11 Plan Support Agreement, dated as of March 2, 2020, by and among the Required Amendment Parties (the “Plan Support Agreement”).1 Capitalized terms used but not otherwise defined herein have the meanings ascribed to such terms in the Plan Support Agreement.
