These actions will award and authorize the execution of agreements with AECOM, Inc., and PlaceWorks (formerly the Planning Center) to respectively prepare architectural/engineering scoping documents and environmental impact report services for the proposed replacement of Men’s Central Jail with a new Consolidated Correctional Treatment Facility in accordance with Option 1B of Vanir Construction Management’s April 21, 2014 report; establish Capital Project No. 69800 for the proposed Project; and approve an appropriation adjustment to fund predesign activities.
