THIS CONTRACT (hereinafter “Contract” or “Agreement”) for the acquisition of Photovoltaic Systems and Installation Services (Statewide) is made between the People of the State of New York, acting by and through the Commissioner of the Office of General Services (hereinafter “State” or “OGS”) with offices at the 41st Floor, Corning Tower, The Governor Nelson A. Rockefeller Empire State Plaza, Albany, New York 12242, and National Manufacturing & Distribution, Inc. dba National Solar Technologies (hereinafter “Contractor”), with offices at 166 Taylor Road, Buffalo, NY 14043. The foregoing are collectively referred to herein as the “Parties.”
