Aurora, CO 80047 (hereinafter “Contractor”) and Lancaster County, (hereinafter “County”), for the purpose of amending the Contract dated September 26, 2017, under County Contract No. C-17-0769, for Annual Supply - Grader Blades, Bid No. 17-212, which is made a part hereof by this reference.
