This INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT, hereinafter called the "AGREEMENT" is entered into this day of , 20 , by and between THE ILLINOIS STATE TOLL HIGHWAY AUTHORITY, an instrumentality and administrative agency of the State of Illinois, hereinafter called the "ILLINOIS TOLLWAY", and THE COUNTY OF DU PAGE, a body corporate and politic of the State of Illinois, hereinafter called the "COUNTY". The COUNTY and the TOLLWAY are hereinafter sometimes individually referred to as a "PARTY" or together as the "PARTIES".
