This Data Management and Confidentiality Agreement (this “Agreement”) is entered into between the Commonwealth of Massachusetts’ Office of Information Technology (“MassIT”) and OptumInsight, Inc. (“Contractor”) in connection with and pursuant to the Master Services Agreement between MassIT and Contractor dated September, 30, 2014. MassIT and Contractor shall each be referred to herein as a “Party” and together as the “Parties.”
