This Community Partnership Agreement (“Agreement”) effective, as of July 1, 2017, between the State of Maryland (“State”), acting by and through the Children’s Cabinet (“Cabinet”); and Caroline County, Maryland (“Subdivision”), acting by and through the Caroline County Human Services Council, Inc. (“Board”), designated as the Local Management Board by the Subdivision pursuant to Section 8-301 of the Human Services Article of the Annotated Code of Maryland.
