This Cooperative Education Program Agreement ("Agreement") is between the School of Public Affairs and Administration (SPAA) at Rutgers, The State University ofNew Jersey, located in Newark, New Jersey, USA ("RUTGERS"), and National Chengchi University, in Taipei City, Taiwan R.O.C. ("NCCU"). The purpose ofthis Agreement is to establish a cooperative bachelor's/master's degree program ("Program") between the two institutions, and stipulate the terms and conditions for the administration ofthis Program.
