CA Citizen Protection Group, LLC (“CCPG”) and Daiso USA LLC (“Daiso”) enter into this Settlement Agreement and Release (this “Agreement”). This Agreement is effective on the date on which it is fully executed by all Parties (“Effective Date”). CCPG and Daiso are referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.” The Parties agree as follows:
