This Agreement (the “Agreement”), is by and between Sims Group USA Holdings Corporation, and for and on behalf of its Affiliates (”Customer”), a Delaware corporation with offices located at 200 W. Madison Street, Suite 3950, Chicago, IL 60606, and such supplier as listed in the document to which these terms are attached or in which these terms are incorporated by reference (”Provider”).
