The following Agreement has been developed by the Niles Community Schools Board of Education and the Service Employees International Union, AFL-CIO, Local 517M, and covers the period from July 1, 2021, to June 30, 2024, unless mutually agreed upon to reopen. The wage rates, as established in this contract, cover the period from July 1, 2021, to June 30, 2023. This Agreement may be extended for specified periods of time by mutual agreement of both Union and Board of Education.
