This Data Processing Agreement ("DPA") reflects the parties’ agreement with respect to the terms governing the Processing of Customer Personal Data under any applicable written master agreement with Dynatrace governing Customer’s use of the Services and any related order forms and statements of work (collectively, the “Agreement”). This DPA is an amendment to the Agreement and is effective upon its incorporation into the Agreement, which incorporation may be specified in the Agreement, an order or an executed amendment to the Agreement (“Effective Date”).
