PROS Product Specific Terms are intended to highlight some of the important things about using our different products. These Product Specific Terms form part of the PROS Master Subscription Agreement, or similar agreement signed between you and PROS (the “MSA”) and are hereby incorporated therein. Capitalized terms not otherwise defined here will have the meaning as set out in the MSA. The terms in Section 2 and Section 3 correspond to the specified product, while the terms in Section 4 apply to both Smart Price Optimization and Management and Smart Configure, Price, Quote.
