These Software License Terms are between To-Increase BV, Kazemat 2, 3905 NR Veenendaal, The Netherlands (Microsoft account num- ber 5215109), hereinafter referred to as the “Licensor” and the entity having ordered Licensor Software on perpetual basis via a Software Agreement (such entity hereinafter referred to as the “Licensee”).
