This document outlines the agreement between Marcus Santoli (Instructor) and Student. Upon registering/signing-up for any emergency training course, the student understands that the course must be paid in full in order to be accepted attendance to the selected course which will then be considered a commitment. If student pays for the course selected and is unable to attend the course on the date specified, a refund will not be issued. The student will be put on a waitlist for the next scheduled class that they are able to attend.
