This REAL PROPERTY DONATION AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made this day of , 2021 (“Agreement Date”) by and between the CITY OF LOMPOC, a municipal corporation (“City”) and Lorraine M. Cox, as Trustee of Trust A of the Terrill F. Cox and Lorraine M. Cox Trust, dated March 31, 1998 (“Donor”).
