Your Mastercard card may not be used for any illegal activity. Internet gambling may be illegal in the jurisdiction in which you are located, including the United States and its territories. Your card may only be used for legal transactions. Display of a payment card logo by an online merchant does not mean that Internet gambling or other transactions are legal in the jurisdiction in which you are located. You agree to repay, according to the terms of this Agreement, transactions you initiate by use of your card, whether deemed legal or illegal.
