Property Owner and SunCoast Property Management are the “Parties” to this PROPERTY MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT and each, individually, is a “Party”. The “Effective Date” of this PROPERTY MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT shall be on .The Property Owner desires to engage the Property Manager to supervise, manage, lease, operate, and maintain the Property.
