You (“Publisher”) and Taboola, Inc. (“Taboola”, collectively the “Parties”, each individually, a “Party”) have entered into a Publisher Agreement (the “Agreement”) governed by these Publisher Agreement Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) which set forth the terms under which Publisher shall provide Taboola with advertising inventory on the websites and mobile applications Publisher entered into Taboola’s web-based submissions wizard or subsequently updated via a writing between the Parties (the “Properties”, each individually, a “Property”). Taboola shall provide code for its content distribution platform (the “Platform”) for Publisher to implement in the allocated advertising inventory on the Properties. This code will allow Taboola to use its proprietary algorithm, along with the Properties’ data and information provided by the Platform, to optimize, personalize, analyze, and recommend to the Properties’ users or visitors (the “Visitors”): (i) content, videos, engagement experiences,
