This is a legal agreement between the end user customer ("Customer") and EZMCOM, Inc. ("EZMCOM") and/or its wholly owned subsidiary EIGHTH INTUITION SDN. BHD. (“Eighth Intuition”). This Agreement may be superseded by (a) any written agreement signed by both Customer and EZMCOM or (b) any written evaluation license included with the EZMCOM Software (defined below).
