THESE DISTRIBUTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS (“T&Cs”) GOVERN ANY DISTRIBUTOR AGREEMENT, QUOTE, ORDER, PO, AND ANY SALE, LICENSE OR DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS OR SERVICES BY MIRION’ MEDICAL GROUP FOR DOSIMETRY SERVICES TO DISTRIBUTOR THEREOF. MIRION DOES NOT ACCEPT, AND HEREBY REJECTS, ANY ADDITIONAL OR DIFFERENT TERMS. BY ORDERING, RECEIVING, OR USING DOSIMETRY SERVICES, DISTRIBUTOR AGREES TO THESE T&Cs.
