This MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING (MOU) is hereby made and entered into by and between the Oregon Department of Environmental Quality; the City of Prineville; and Crook County hereinafter referred to as “Cooperators,” and the USDA, Forest Service, Ochoco National Forest; and USDI, Bureau of Land Management, Prineville District; hereinafter referred as “U.S. Forest Service and BLM”.
