This Agreement: This Agreement is with PayrNet Limited, a company incorporated in England and Wales (company number: 09883437) with its head office at "PayrNet, WeWork, 3 Waterhouse Square, 138 Holborn, London, EC1N 2SW, UK" and registered office at "Kemp House, 152 City Road, London, United Kingdom, EC1V 2NX" (hereinafter referred to in this Agreement as “Payrnet”, “we” “us”). We are an Electronic Money Institution (“EMI”) and are authorized by the Financial Conduct Authority under the Electronic Money Regulations 2011 (“EMR 2011”) (register reference 900594) for the issuing of electronic money.
