This Settlement Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into this 18th day of January, 2018 (“Execution Date”) by and between Webasto Products North America, Inc., Webasto Thermo & Comfort North America, Inc., and Webasto Thermo and Comfort SE (together, “WEBASTO”) and Indirect-Purchaser Plaintiff Class Representatives Davidson Transfer, LLC, Thomas Johnson, Audrius Labaciauskas, Mead’s Automotive, LLC, North Jersey Truck Center, Inc., Raccoon Valley Transport, Inc., Regional International Corp., and Jim Steger, both individually and on behalf of a class of Indirect-Purchasers of Parking Heaters (the “Settlement Class”) (as defined in Paragraph 13).
