This Data Processing Addendum (“DPA”) forms part of the Epicor Master Customer Agreement (or other such titled written or electronic agreement addressing the same subject matter) between Epicor Software (UK) Limited (Epicor) and Customer (the “Agreement”) whereby Customer acquires, and Epicor provides, services.
