THIS DEED OF LEASE (the “Lease”) is made this day of , 2019 between FALLS CHURCH CITY SCHOOL BOARD, a body corporate and politic (hereinafter referred to as “Tenant” or “School Board”), and THE CITY OF FALLS CHURCH, VIRGINIA, a body corporate and politic (hereinafter referred to as “City” or “Landlord”) (Landlord and Tenant are jointly referred to herein as the “Parties”).
