Authorized Reseller. Hill-Rom is an authorized reseller of certain third party equipment and third party software which comprise the Product purchased hereunder. Any such Product purchase is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in certain pass-through provisions or end user agreements from the applicable third party manufacturer or licensor. Such terms and conditions are reflected in the attachments hereto. Suppliers of such products shall be deemed third-party beneficiaries of, and entitled to enforce the applicable provisions of this Agreement.
