This Freelancer Podcast Production Agreement dated as of (the “Agreement”) is between you, (the “PRODUCER” or “you”) and [PODCASTER] (the “Podcaster” “we” or “us”) for the production and delivery of the Media Work (the “Work”) described in Schedule A. You and (name of Podcast’s editorial decision-­‐maker) have, respectively, final decision-­‐making authority in creating the Work.
