This Agreement entered into as of the District’s execution date (“Effective Date”), by and between the San Diego Community College District, a community college district of the State of California, hereinafter called “District” and Kelly Spicers Stores hereinafter called “Contractor.” Each of District and Contractor are sometimes hereinafter referred to as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
